Director, Sales & Solutions Engineer

The Director, Sales & Solutions Engineer is responsible for driving the successful development and execution of technical solutions programs, and must have a proven track record in delivering sophisticated technical and engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in mission-critical environments supporting hyperscale operators, colocation customers, telecommunications and interconnection services, as well as AI and cloud digital infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or equivalent work experience
• In-depth understanding in critical MEP-F data center infrastructure
• Good working knowledge of telecoms services providers and on-campus fiber routing and planning, and/or power/water/utilities for site planning
• Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills and a feeling for aesthetics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Orientation to detail with the ability to see the big picture
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Inquisitive mindset
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively
