Manager, Portfolio Management, NA

This role is a hybrid position in Denver, CO, responsible for asset- and portfolio-level performance management for Vantage's leased asset base in North America. The Manager, Portfolio Management will build and operate a rigorous, repeatable reporting and insights cadence that provides site-level transparency and portfolio-level views.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field required
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS-Finance) a plus but not required
• 5-8 years of experience in portfolio/asset management, investments, corporate finance, real estate/infrastructure, or similarly analytical roles, with increasing responsibility
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Executive communication: synthesize complex information into clear narratives and recommendations
• Cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint required; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), SQL, or data engineering concepts a plus
