Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
• 6-8+ years of experience in real estate/infrastructure, investments, asset/portfolio management, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
• Strong analytical judgment; ability to synthesize cross-functional inputs into clear recommendations and compelling commercial narratives
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Strong stakeholder management across functions; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
