We are seeking a Senior Investments Manager to manage and own the diligence process for new investment opportunities at QTS. The role requires keen skills in real estate, financial, modeling, and technology, along with the ability to lead through influence and communicate with an executive team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Mathematics or equivalent professional experience
- 7 or more years of working experience in a collaborative financial environment
- Solid proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to build comprehensive financial models including integrated income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Ability to efficiently synthesize large amounts of data and derive appropriate conclusions
