Senior Investments Associate responsible for administrating investment opportunities, real estate development, business development, leasing, and administrative support to Investments leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Mathematics or equivalent professional experience
- Up to 2 years working in an environment focused on driving bottom line value-creation through strategic thinking
- Solid proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience with ARGUS, Workday, Salesforce, Adaptive Insights and Office Cx preferred
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth Data Center markets
