QTS is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its Strategic Planning and Investments team. The role involves preparing investment materials, creating financial models, and assisting in managing projects from identification to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics
• 1+ years of working experience in a collaborative financial environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Knowledge of financial concepts such as WACC, NPV, IRR, and ROI
