Senior Construction Manager, NA

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead and drive success on new and ongoing construction capital projects. The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent experience, and at least 7 years of experience in leading construction projects of increasing complexity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, safety, schedule, stakeholders, and budget, and will have the authority to drive high-impact decisions and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, similar field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading construction projects of increasing complexity
• Data Center experience is a plus
• Multi-prime or alternate procurement delivery experience is preferred
• Procore, Cx Alloy, and P6 experience preferred
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement
