Job Description
Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead and drive success on new and ongoing, medium-to-large-sized construction capital projects. The position covers all aspects of a construction project, requiring autonomy and independent discretion in various areas, including RFP development, project budgeting, and coordination of design-build and design-bid-build contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, similar field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading construction projects of increasing complexity required, 7-10 years preferred
- Data Center experience is a plus
- Multi-prime or alternate procurement delivery experience is preferred
- Procore, Cx Alloy, and P6 experience preferred
- Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement
