Job Description
The Senior/Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across Vantage Data Centers. This role will focus on the interview process, ensuring a diversity of candidates, and will work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and guide them on proper recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruiting
- Minimum 3 years of experience Sourcing
- Large and medium sized tech company experience preferred
- Data Center experience a plus, but not required
