Vice President, Construction, NA

Vice President, Construction will oversee and manage all construction functions across active markets, ensuring successful execution of construction projects from pre-construction to commissioning and closeout. The role involves leading a team of construction directors, managing capital expenditure budgets, optimizing costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10-15 years of experience in management role required, 15 to 20 years preferred.
• Data Center experience is required.
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction cost analysis, estimating, and budget management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional coordination and integration.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
