Job Description
Join our Elevate Programme and gain hands-on experience in complex change delivery within the insurance sector. As an Insurance Transformation Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will work across business and technology teams to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of key insurance systems.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in an insurer OR consulting environment
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst on transformation programmes
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Technology-literate with an interest in large-scale platform delivery
- Exposure to or understanding of Guidewire, Salesforce, ICE, or EIS platforms
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to travel when required
- Knowledge of pensions or insurance products is an advantage
