Production Supervisor responsible for ensuring production expectations are met in a safe, efficient manner by directing the work of manufacturing employees.
Requirements
- Flexible to work on all shifts (Day, Swing, and Weekend) as needed
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- 5-10 years in a similar manufacturing/production environment such as Medical devices, Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Precision Instrument Manufacturing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understand KPI's such as Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Delivery, and provide actions to improve/recover as necessary
- Knowledge of Lean principles, able to support 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle complex problem solving
- Demonstrable leadership skills and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows/Office software and ERP systems
