Vantis is a young company building a nationwide network of general practitioner practices. The Regional Manager NRW (m/w/d) will be responsible for the operational performance and further development of the practice cluster in North Rhine-Westphalia.

• Several years of experience in an operational leadership role with performance responsibility
• Measurable successes in performance management with KPIs
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• High learning and implementation readiness
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Fluent German knowledge in word and writing
