Senior Technical Recruiter

Varda is a space-based manufacturing platform company that needs a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale their engineering teams. The role will involve designing and executing recruiting strategies, building and optimizing hiring processes, and sourcing and closing senior-level engineering talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Proven experience recruiting engineers for hardware-centric companies
• Track record sourcing and closing senior and staff-level engineering talent
• Strong technical fluency and startup equity fluency
• Experience managing full recruiting cycles in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
