Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for hardware-centric or engineering-focused companies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Genuine curiosity about the technical work your candidates do
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
