Revenue Enablement Specialist (Remote - Mexico Only)

At Varicent, we’re transforming the Sales Performance Management (SPM) market. We're looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to optimize our GTM functions by integrating process excellence with enablement strategies. You will develop scalable documentation, create detailed process efficiencies, support onboarding, and ensure our GTM teams have comprehensive access to essential resources.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or a related GTM function
• Experience supporting or working within an enterprise sales environment
• Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and customer success motions
• Demonstrated ability to write high-quality documentation and training content
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new SaaS tools
