Procurement Lead

Procurement Lead oversees and optimizes the procurement process at VBP, ensuring the organization acquires goods and services at the best price while maintaining quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• PEZA processing on asset management is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Experience in developing procurement strategies and sourcing plans.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in procurement.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement.
