A Senior Financial Planning Assistant provides advanced administrative and client service support to the financial planning team, handling complex financial planning tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the financial planning office.
Requirements
- Graduate of any relevant course, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a financial planning, insurance, or client service role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions.
