Subject Matter Expert - Financial Planning

As a Technical Support Associate, provide support and uplift Financial Planning Assistants with technical expertise, training, coaching, and projects. Assist with internal and external projects, and provide support with technical requests and collaborate with other departments. Opportunity to fill 'Universal' roles and assignments.

Requirements

• Tertiary education or Graduate of any four (4) year course
• Minimum of 2 years experience with implementation on varying strategies
• Good communication and emotional intelligence skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong understanding of the Financial Planning Industry and the end-to-end processing
• Strong understanding of Superannuation, Pension, Investment & Insurance
