Job Description
Join our team to work hands-on with PE-backed portfolio companies, driving operational improvements, implementing value creation playbooks, and delivering rapid EBITDA uplift.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations consulting, portfolio operations, or interim executive roles, ideally with PE-backed companies or firms like Alvarez & Marsal, BCG, Bain, or McKinsey.
- Proven track record of delivering 20-30%+ EBITDA improvements or similar operational gains.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder influence, and analytical skills.
