Job Description
Support PE firms during deal generation, commercial/operational due diligence, and post-close integration by identifying risks, synergies, value creation levers, and operational efficiencies in potential acquisitions.
Requirements
- 7+ years in transaction advisory, due diligence, or M&A consulting
- Deep experience in operational due diligence, quality of earnings, and post-merger value creation
- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and industry knowledge
