Principal Process Engineer

Value Driven Solutions is seeking a Principal Process Engineer to join our interim executive bench for an on-site engagement at a PE-backed manufacturing client in the Austin, TX region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in root cause analysis and process engineering, with a strong command of SPC, DOE, and capital project execution.

Requirements

• 12+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mastery of statistical process control, DOE, GR&R, and capability analysis
• Hands-on capital project leadership including equipment specification and qualification
• Strong CAD / process modeling fluency
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; MS preferred
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred
• Industry depth in semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, food, or aerospace composites a plus
