Job Description
Value Driven Solutions is looking for a Principal Process Engineer to join our interim executive bench, with this engagement deploying on-site at our PE-backed manufacturing client in the Raleigh-Durham, NC region. The ideal candidate will enjoy hands-on root cause analysis and have the ability to dig into process data, weigh experimental options, and deliver the best possible yield and capability outcome.
Requirements
- 12+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mastery of statistical process control, DOE, GR&R, and capability analysis
- Hands-on capital project leadership including equipment specification and qualification
- Strong CAD / process modeling fluency
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; MS preferred
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred
