Revenue Assurance Analyst

Vector Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Assurance Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team in Manila. The role involves ensuring revenue accuracy, processing booking and quote adjustments, and identifying discrepancies across systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, billing, deal desk or contract administration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ are required.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex commercial and financial structures and issues.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and responding to customer requests.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule aligned to eastern time zone US business hours, with flexibility especially during peak periods.
