Senior UX Designer (All Genders)

ALLPLAN is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our User Experience team in Bratislava. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping user experiences across our product portfolio, driving design excellence, and connecting UX outcomes to business objectives.

Requirements

• Take ownership of the end-to-end UX process for multiple products, from discovery and research to high-fidelity design
• Translate business objectives and user needs into clear, actionable design strategies and solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development, business stakeholders) to deliver cohesive and impactful user experiences
• Mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement
• Champion user research and usability testing, integrating insights to inform design decisions
• Advocate for design consistency and shared standards across the product portfolio
• Proactively identify opportunities for strategic improvements in both product and process
