Office Manager and Administrative Assistant

The Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day office management activities in Vectra AI's Dublin office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office experience for employees and visitors. This role requires an on-site presence 5 days a week and provides administrative assistance to executives.

Requirements

• 2+ years prior experience in office management, operations, and/or administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities
• Great listening skills; ability to sense and respond promptly to employees' needs
