Job Description
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing complex wafer processing equipment involving wet processing technologies for advanced semiconductors, LEDs, displays, and other devices. This role involves automation, gas and fluid delivery, and fluidic design, mechanical design, and system packaging for systems already installed at customer sites.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience designing capital equipment, subassemblies, and components, or an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of experience
- Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD, or similar CAD systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience with finite element analysis, both structural and thermal
- Experience with SAP or similar PLM system
- General knowledge of electrical and software engineering disciplines
