Vice President - Last Mile

The VP of Last Mile is the strategic architect of our delivery ecosystem, bridging our physical operation to Veho’s marketplace – building seamless and delightful experiences for the end consumer.

Requirements

• Driver Marketplace Operations + Product: owns driver acquisition, marketplace balance, route pricing, and how the marketplace mechanism functions
• Route Success Product: owns on-route experience, geocoding, access issues, and other similar geospatial problem spaces
• Core Route Building Product: owns approach to how we build routes and the route building algorithm
• Customer and Driver-Partner Support: owns approach to and execution of Customer and Driver-Partner Support, including offshore and BPO operations
