The VP Business Operations, Strategy & People will design the operating system of Veho, lead the AI transformation, and build a high-performance culture. They will define planning processes, goal setting, and operating rhythms, and shape the employer brand. The role requires a senior operator with a strong business foundation, experience in high-growth environments, and ability to lead teams and manage managers.

Requirements

• Strong business foundation (e.g. consulting, investment banking, or top-tier operating company experience)
• Experience in high-growth environments where speed and ambiguity are the norm
• Track record of building and scaling systems and processes
• Experience leading teams and managing managers
• High comfort with data: defining KPIs, building dashboards, and driving accountability
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to operate as both a strategist and an individual contributor when needed
