VP, Operations

We are looking for a VP, Operations to be the structural backbone of our business, building and owning the internal infrastructure, governance and optimization that allows every other part of the company to operate at its best.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations
• Background in digital media, gaming, SaaS or consumer technology
• Direct management of multi-disciplinary functional teams
• Track record of building and scaling operational infrastructure
• Experience managing or closely partnering with geographically distributed teams
• Exposure to OKR frameworks, PMO structures or operational transformation programs
• Experience in a founder-led or independently owned company
