We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team at Velcro Companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience in process improvement, project management, and team leadership. The role will involve working with internal and external customers to understand their requirements and develop repeatable and capable manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Plastics Engineering
• 5-9 years of industry experience
• Knowledge of applied statistics, process validation, root cause analysis, and Six Sigma Tools
• Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and project management skills
