Job Description
We're looking for an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to lead the preparation and filing of accurate, timely SEC reports with clear, well-written disclosures.
Requirements
- Prepare and file Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and other SEC filings
- Subject matter expert on US GAAP and SEC regulations
- Draft financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A in compliance with SEC and GAAP requirements
- Monitor new accounting standards and SEC rules; assess and implement impacts
- Partner with external auditors and legal counsel on filings and disclosures
- Support technical accounting research and memo preparation
- Maintain disclosure controls and documentation
- Support earnings releases and investor communications
- Assist with XBRL tagging and filing processes
