Job Description
We’re looking for an eager and adaptable Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, inventory cost accounting, billing, and the month-end close process.
Requirements
- Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
- Maintain the general ledger accounts and assist with account
- Assist with inventory accounting, cost tracking, and variance analysis
- Assist with AP, AR, and fixed asset accounting, as needed
- Assist with audit support and documentation
- Maintain accurate accounting records and compliance with policies
- Assist with ad-hoc projects, including data analysis, audit support, and systems implementations
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy
