Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience
• Familiarity with recruiting processes and employment laws, regulations, and HR trends
• Experience with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate employee data
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a diverse environment
