Job Description
Velsera is seeking a visionary and strategic VP, Product Management to lead our flagship Clinical Genomics Workbench (CGW). As the primary strategic architect for our instrument- and assay-agnostic NGS interpretation and reporting software, you will be responsible for the productâs market leadership, strategic direction, and the evolution of our global product culture.
Requirements
- Translate the CSPOâs and CEOâs vision into a concrete, multi-quarter product strategy for CGW.
- Lead the shift from traditional ârequirements-gatheringâ to a modern, AI-enhanced discovery model.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities where machine learning and generative AI can automate interpretation bottlenecks.
- Ensure CGW remains the industry standard for agnostic NGS interpretation.
- Own the overarching strategy for migrating customers from CGW to CGW+.
- Partner with the General Manager and Customer Success team to identify at-risk accounts during the migration lifecycle.
- Act as the internal expert on the genomics ecosystem, maintaining deep awareness of competitive moves, regulatory shifts, and trends in NGS testing.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3 Product Managers and 1 Designer based in India.
