Job Description
Vendelux is hiring a Head of Meetings Operations to own and scale the engine behind one of its fastest-growing products: a fully managed meetings service that generates thousands of qualified meetings per month for customers.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Operations, or roles involving process design, cross-functional coordination, and team management
- Proven success building and scaling operating models in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong people manager with experience developing frontline execution teams
- Familiarity with B2B cold outreach mechanics
- Analytical mindset with a track record of diagnosing operational bottlenecks and improving performance through data
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building structure where none exists
