Job Description
We're looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer to join our team at Venn, a fast-growing B2B fintech in Canada. As a sourcer, you'll be responsible for end-to-end sourcing across multiple open roles, building pipelines for technical, go-to-market, and operational positions, and developing compelling candidate value propositions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- A proven track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates across a variety of roles and functions.
- Experience using sourcing tools such as Ashby, HeyReach, LinkedIn, Juicebox or similar ATS and CRM platforms.
- Ability to analyze outreach and pipeline data to iterate on sourcing strategy.
- Comfortable with low response rates and creative enough to keep testing new angles.
