Job Description
Drive revenue growth by maximizing occupancy and delivering an exceptional experience to prospective and current residents as a Leasing Consultant at Venterra Realty.
Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in sales, leasing, or customer service (multifamily experience preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college preferred
