Leasing Consultant

Drive revenue growth by maximizing occupancy and delivering an exceptional experience to prospective and current residents. Key responsibilities include achieving leasing goals, responding to inquiries, increasing renewal rates, monitoring local rental trends, and engaging with marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in sales, leasing, or customer service (multifamily experience preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM tools preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Some college preferred
