Requirements
- Lead the execution of the CX roadmap and customer journey mapping initiatives
- Design and implement a scalable CX operating model
- Drive continuous improvement in customer service operations
- Develop and maintain dashboards and measurement systems
- Oversee the Voice of Customer (VoC) program
- Educate and engage the organization on CX best practices
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing CX team
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Monitor and report on CX program effectiveness
