Production Supervisor- 3rd Shift

The Production Supervisor will oversee the workflow at our facilities, meeting production goals, quality, safety, people leadership, engagement, and cost objectives. The role involves coaching and development of employees, resolving issues, and guiding the team to be successful every shift.

Requirements

• Responsible for performance management of direct reports
• Monitor the production process and escalate any issues
• Plan, organize, and delegate work assignments
• Ensure product specifications are met and alert quality issues
• Lead continuous improvement projects
• Attend meetings and provide shift handover information
