Job Description
This open position is in a highly behavioral residential home setting, seeking candidates with experience working with behavioral individuals. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) advocates and supports adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering them to be active in their lives. The DSP's support needs include household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, and administering medications.
Requirements
- 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working in a residential setting with highly behavioral individuals
