High school diploma or equivalent, experience working with behavioral individuals, and valid driver's license required
6014-11 Residential Group Home Shift Supervisor
1-2 years of experience in human services, Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, rehabilitation, or related field. Active MAP certification required
6014-13 Direct Support Professional
High school degree, 21+ years old, valid driver’s license, and daily car use on site
6012-07 Direct Support Professional
Must be 21+, have a high school diploma or GED, and experience working in a residential setting with highly behavioral individuals

High School Diploma, residential experience, reliable transportation, and fluent English

Current LPN registration, 1+ year of LPN experience, 21+ years old
