Job Description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for advocating and supporting adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering them to be active in their lives. The DSP may be asked to assist with household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, and medical appointments, among other tasks. Requirements
- 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to speak, read, and write in fluent English
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, overnights, or double-shifts
