Job Description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role involves advocating and supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently. The DSP provides support with daily tasks, attends outings, and administers medications, while promoting a culture of inclusion and equity.
Requirements
- 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to speak, read, and write in fluent English
