Job Description
Venture Community Services is seeking a Residential Group Home Shift Supervisor to support individuals with disabilities in an adult residential setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting residents' daily activities, fostering their physical, emotional, social, and vocational development, and promoting greater independence, community integration, and personal growth.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Employees must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job.
- Employee must be able to speak, read, and write in fluent English.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the program and individuals supported.
