Job Description
Venture Community Services seeks a Residential House Manager to supervise Direct Support Professionals, advocate for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and ensure a 'home-like' environment for individuals living in the program.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. Degree preferred with one year experience in human services
- 21+ years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required)
- Availability by telephone for daily contact
