Job Description
The Assistant Residential Group Home Manager reports to the Residential House Manager and is responsible for the daily care of program individuals and primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, and a desire for growth. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis and includes a sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program
- Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED
- A valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required)
- Be available by telephone for daily contact
