Venture Community Services provides support to individuals with diverse challenges through a compassionate workforce. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role advocates and supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working in a residential setting with highly behavioral individuals
• Fluent English language skills
