Requirements

• 10+ years in IT leadership, preferably within high-growth tech or hardware/software scale-ups
• Deep roots in systems engineering
• Strategic leader who understands the why behind technology and how it serves both employee and business goals
• Direct experience implementing security frameworks in line with European law, including GDPR and NIS2
